I used Telbari Wound Cream and bioptron light to enhance healing. Let me say that I think the ulcer is far from re appearing. I would not recommend the use of telbari on an open wound though. Only when healing has developed a thin layer of skin. Then I think it is truly awesome! There is something to be said of Sea Buckthorn oil, its high levels of carotene and its regeneration qualities.
